मेरे पिताजी की जान मैक्स हॉस्पिटल वैशाली गाजियाबाद के डॉक्टरों ने अपनी लापरवाही के कारण ले ली।
वह एक तंदुरुस्त आदमी थे, उन्हें किसी तरह की कोई बीमारी नहीं थी। उन्हें पित्ताशय की सर्जरी के लिए 15 जुलाई 2023 को मैक्स हॉस्पिटल वैशाली में भर्ती कराया गया था। ऑपरेशन शुरू होने से पहले, डॉ. सुनील धर की टीम के डॉक्टर डॉ. देवेश लोशाली ने एनेस्थीसिया की गलत खुराक दी, जिसके कारण मेरे पिता बिस्तर पर गिर गए। अपने कानूनी परिणामों से खुद को बचाने के लिए उन्होंने मेरे पिता के शरीर को वेंटिलेटर पर डाल दिया, हालांकि उनकी पहले ही मृत्यु हो चुकी थी। उन्होंने मेरे पिता के शव को तीन दिनों तक अपने पास रखा और हर बार वे मेरे पिता की स्वास्थ्य स्थिति के बारे में अलग-अलग कहानियाँ सुनाते रहे। 17 जुलाई 2023 की रात में उन्होंने एक अलग कहानी तैयार करके आखिरकार मेरे पिता को मृत घोषित कर दिया ताकि अस्पताल में हमारा दर्द कोई न सुन सके जिससे अस्पताल की छवि खराब हो सकती है।
मेरे पिता की मृत्यु न केवल चिकित्सीय लापरवाही थी, बल्कि एक हत्या भी थी, क्योंकि डॉक्टर अच्छी तरह से जानते थे कि एनेस्थीसिया के दौरान जो उपाय किए जा सकते हैं, जिससे मृत्यु हो सकती है, उन्हें अस्पताल में उपलब्ध न कराया जाना स्पष्ट रूप से हत्या को दर्शाता है।
हालाँकि मैं अपने पिता को ठीक नहीं कर सकता, लेकिन दिवंगत आत्मा के न्याय के लिए, आपसे अनुरोध है कि कृपया मैक्स हॉस्पिटल वैशाली गाजियाबाद के साथ-साथ मेरे पिता की मृत्यु में शामिल डॉक्टरों के खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज करें और उनके कर्मचारियों के खिलाफ आगे की कार्रवाई करें। साथ ही डॉक्टरों ने कई दस्तावेज़ गढ़े और हमें उन पर हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए मजबूर किया ताकि उनके कुकर्म/लापरवाही/आपराधिक दायित्व/नागरिक दायित्व से बचा जा सके।
मैं आपसे अनुरोध करता हूं कि मेरी शिकायत पर त्वरित कानूनी कार्रवाई करें ताकि हालांकि मैं अपने पिता को नहीं पा सकूं लेकिन इस अस्पताल में आने वाले कई अन्य लोगों को बचाया जा सके।
My Father's life was taken by the doctors of Max Hospital Vaishali Ghaziabad due to their negligence.
He was a fit man , not having any kind of illness . He was admitted in Max Hospital Vaishali for Gall Bladder Surgery on 15 July 2023. Before starting of operation, the doctor Dr Devesh Loshali from the team of Dr Sunil dhar has given wrong dose of anesthesia and due to which my father collapsed on the bed and In order to save themselves from their legal consequences they dumped my father's body on ventilator, although he has already died. They kept my father's body for three days and everytime they narrate different stories for my father's health condition. They finally declared my father dead after a preparing a different story in the night of 17 July 2023 so that nobody can hear the pain of us in the hospital which may ruin the hospital image.
The death of my father was not only medical negligence but a murder as the doctors knowing very well that non-augmenting of measures which may occur during anaesthesia which may lead to death were not available to the hospital clearly shows Murder.
Though I cannot recover my father but for justice of departed soul, request your good self to please register FIR against the Max Hospital Vaishali Ghaziabad as well as on the doctors who are /were involved in death of my father and further action against them staff as well as doctors for fabricate number of documents and forced us to sign them so that their misdeed / negligence / criminal liability / civil liability can be saved.
I Request your good self to take prompt legal action on my complaint so that though I cannot get my father but number of other people who have been visiting this hospital could be saved.
