Choosing the right plot goes beyond location and pricing. The fundamentals of the land, its shape, access points, and surrounding natural features, play a decisive role in how well a project performs over time.

Regular plot shapes support stable planning and cleaner layouts. Entry points placed correctly, especially avoiding the South-West, help maintain smoother energy flow throughout the site. And natural features like rivers, ponds, lakes, or mountains can influence the long-term stability and usability of the land depending on where they sit in relation to the plot.

Even external conditions matter. Plots surrounded by high-rises or heavy activity zones often face restricted airflow, lower openness, and long-term comfort issues. A well-evaluated plot doesn’t just support construction, it strengthens the foundation for future growth, usability, and overall alignment.

We are looking for someone who has a strong grasp of architectural principles, building regulations, and a passion for thoughtful, sustainable design. Proficiency in design software and good communication skills are key.

What you will do:

- Develop architectural plans, layouts, and concepts
