it felt as if time slowed down just to bless us. 🌺🙏

For us, love grows stronger in divine presence.
Every temple visit becomes a memory, every prayer a promise.

Had the honour to teach Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation alongside some amazing yoga teacher to hundreds of seekers.

This year, the government beautifully emphasized the importance of mental hygiene through Pranayama and Meditation because true wellness is not just physical, but deeply emotional and spiritual. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️

Overall the energy, intent and spirit were absolutely divine and powerful.
