In my long years of experience I have seen many patients unable to come for followup due to time and distance. They either turn up to quacks or take help from INTERNET ,thereby putting themselves in harm's way with half-baked knowledge. With ER on call they get consultation from the comfort of their home with nominal fees at all hours through qualified doctors. So no to Quacks and wikipedia consultation. Whatever may be the time or day or how harsh may be the weather your doctor is there for you.
