Precocious Puberty is defined as development of an secondary sexual characteristics in girls before the age of 8 years or periods before the age of 10 years. These girls are tall to start but end up short adults because their bones fuse very early and they ultimately end up as short adults. This problem of Precocious puberty has increased manyfold in the past 2-3 years. This issue can easily be managed if medical help is sought early.
