Shikha Arya won 4 Gold Medals in Delhi State Benchpress Championship held in Delhi on Sep 30th and Oct 1st, 2023. She was also awarded with the title of best lifter and strong women in Delhi in this championship.

Its a great honor for her to be awarded the trophy of Strong women, best lifter by Vice President of Powerlifting India, Shri puran singh kadyan

What I want to highlight here is these achievements do not come easy. It takes a lot of hard work, dedication and consistency. If you want to excel in anything, you need to give it time. We cannot become champions overnight or in a few days. You need to be patient and give your game time to be able to succeed. I say this because these days it’s becoming a trend to change a coach if you do not score a medal in a championship. Always remember, its not the coach who will get the medal, it’s your continuous hard work and discipline that will get you to places. Stay focused and keep working on yourself.
