After Work: Transition from work to evening with a relaxing and soothing yoga practice. Family Yoga: For children and parents. Practicing yoga together provides and opportunity for bonding, exercise and relaxation that everyone in the family can enjoy. Private Yoga Sessions Private yoga sessions are an excellent way to take your practice to the next level or begin a yoga practice without the pressure of keeping up with a class. The personal attention will allow us to tailor the yoga to your needs and personality. We can analyze your form in each posture, making suggestions and corrections that will help you get the most out your personal and classroom practices. We will start the first session with a brief history and questionaire to determine what you hope to gain from your yoga sessions and assess any special needs you may have. From there the session will be tailored to your needs and abilities. Future sessions may change or be adjusted as your body changes or your mood changes.
