What began years ago as a routine patient visit later revealed the incredible work she does--running a trust , ASRA(Action for self relience and alternatives ) that empowers differently-abled students through education and vocational training and health awareness .
Her trust was also the first to invite me for an orqan donation awareness session unknowingly starting that journey for me.

🪥 Toothbrush Care = Better Oral Health
STOP putting your toothbrush in a closed cover!
Closed brush covers trap moisture, which encourages the growth of bacteria and germs 🦠
👉Why this matters:
• Moist environments help bacteria multiply
• Covered bristles don’t dry properly
• Increased risk of oral infections
• Poor hygiene = poor oral health
✅ Best Practices:
✔ Rinse toothbrush thoroughly after use
✔ Store upright in open air

During her pulpotomy visit, a 5-year-old asked for a '7-shaped' dental instrument for her toy dental kit ....and to my surprise
she meant the dental explorer!🦷✨️
Children notice the tiniest details. They're more curious, observant. and creative than we ever imagine.
