Exploring the Dynamic World of Spanish Trade: An Overview of the Trade Fair with a Spanish Theme

Spain is renowned for its rich culture, varied customs, and beautiful craftsmanship, which can be found in everything from the savoury aroma of paella to the rhythmic beats of flamenco. I recently had the pleasure of going to a trade show with a Spanish theme, where the essence of this fascinating country was brought to life in the context of a busy marketplace.

Enjoying Spain's famed food would be a must-do while learning about its culture. I enjoyed traditional dishes like gazpacho, tortilla española, and churros dipped in dark chocolate at the trade show. The food options were a wonderful representation of the various regional flavours found throughout Spain; every mouthful took a trip to sunny Mediterranean beaches or energetic.

Spain themed trade fair is a testament to the timeless allure of Spanish culture and the indomitable passion of its people. It served as a reminder of the power of trade and collaboration to bring communities together and celebrate the diversity of our world.

MUSIC EVENT

The music extravaganza (duet film& western , Musical, kitchen orchestra) was a symphony of diverse genres, ranging from soul-stirring duet film singing to the electrifying vibes of Western duets. The air resonated with the magic of musical enchantment, as performers took the stage, weaving a tapestry of emotions through their harmonies.
The musical event transcended traditional boundaries, featuring a unique "Kitchen Orchestra" where everyday utensils became instruments, creating a playful yet melodious atmosphere.
These music events took place on 8th February 2024 from 2-4 pm after classes so that students can manage their extracurricular talents along with studies
The audience's reactions mirrored the dynamic performances, with cheers echoing through the venue. From heartfelt duets, mesmerizing musicals to the experimental sounds of the kitchen orchestra, today's music events left an enduring mark, proving that music has the power to unite and elevate experiences.

Literature is the key to unlocking the boundless possibilities of the human imagination and fostering a deeper understanding of the world. To harness this transformative power, we need to present it to diverse audiences in unique, innovative ways.

The intra-department literary events organised by Lavender cluster (department of psychology) of Christ university, aims to achieve this creative excellence through riveting events that will be taking place on 6th February, from 2pm to 4pm. The events provide a thrilling experience and valuable opportunity to all the literary enthusiasts, waiting to roar their creative engines. Exploring the different aspects of literature, we bring forth newer perspectives to utilise this tool.

The debate competition challenges verbal literacy and encourages participants to push beyond their mental capabilities. The storytelling event allows the participants to foster an engaging atmosphere through their imaginative expression. Pictionary is yet another visionary event, stimulating the imagination of the participants. Last but not the least, the stand up comedy enables the participants to let their creativity flow with bursts of laughter.

We anticipate the glorious bloom of lavender as they play along their favourite territories, showcasing their talent in a display of literary finesse.

Lavender, the epicentre of peace and perfection, is back to forge their own path and thrive. This cluster is a joy to be a part of, from the stunning but gifted student body to the steadfast support of the renowned professors. Now that everyone is getting ready for yet another quest for excellence, let us look at the important intra-departmental events that are scheduled for the upcoming week.

Kicking off the ‘artsy’ side of each and every lavender in the psychology department, the ARTS Events are here to save the day. From traditional ‘mehendi’ competition, to the creative ‘Mask Making, and from the interesting ‘Logo Making’ to everyone’s favorite, the TREASURE HUNT. These art events will be taking place on 05 February 2024, starting from 2:00 – 4:00 PM, while keeping in mind what is best for the students.

Moving on to the Literary events, where we call in all the ‘linguistic’ beings to the floor, for some interesting yet quite fun events lined up the way. From the ever ‘intriguing’ Debate competition, to the guessing game of ‘Pictionary’ , and from the captivating ‘Storytelling’ to pretty much funny ‘Stand-up comedy’ are on your way. These events will be taking place on 06 February 2024, starting from 2:00 – 4:00 PM.

For the Music enthusiasts and more, the Music events are here to save the day! From amazing ‘Musicals’ to one-of-a kind ‘Kitchen Orchestra’, and from unique ‘Duet Film’ to something Hollywood, ‘Duet Western’, these music events will definitely, find a diamond in the rough. These events will be taking place on 08 February 2024, starting from 2:00 – 4:00 PM.

Making way for ‘theatrical’ gems, theses Theatre events will surely save the day. From amazing theatrical ‘auditions’ to creative ‘Ad-Mad’, these events will bring out the best. These events will be taking place on 07 February 2024, starting from 2:00 – 4:00 PM.

Last but not the least, everyone’s favorite, the dance events! Starting from ‘Duet Bollywood’ to one-of-a-kind, ‘Duet Split Screen’, and from very interesting ‘Dance Charades’ to the ever up-beat ‘Dance International’ Group performances, these dance events do promise to take you on a groovy parade. These events will be taking place on 09 February 2024, starting from 2:00 – 4:00 PM.

So calling in all the Lavenders for a yet another awesome journey to talent, art, dance and more. We still haven’t heard you say, ‘HOW’S THE JOSH?”.
