🎉 Honored & Humbled! 🎉
I am thrilled to share that our research paper, "Fostering Psychological Well-being in Hybrid Work Environments: A Path to Sustainable Development in India & Beyond," was awarded Best Research Paper Presentation at the International Conference on Building Sustainable Organisations, organized by Guru Jambeshwar University of Science & Technology (GJUS&T), Hisar, in collaboration with the Society of Industrial & Organisational Psychology, Varanasi.
This work—co-authored with Dr. Roopali Sharma—investigates the psychological toll of hybrid work, blending case studies (TCS, Infosys, Zerodha) with global policy analysis to propose actionable solutions grounded in the Job Demands-Resources Model and Self-Determination Theory.
Key Insights
🔹 68% of Indian hybrid workers struggle with work-life balance (ICHRP, 2023)—a crisis demanding policy innovation.
🔹 Mental health leaves (like Zerodha’s) and "Right to Disconnect" laws are not perks but productivity imperatives.
🔹 Gig workers remain the invisible casualties of poorly designed hybrid systems.
Heartfelt Gratitude
