🚨 Let’s Talk About Fake Dieticians/Nutritionists/Health Coaches in India! 🚨

You know them. The ones who pop up on your Insta/Fb feed offering “magic diets” to make you lose 10 kgs in One month,
or pushing some shady supplement that’ll apparently turn you into a Greek god. 😂

Here’s the deal: REAL nutrition is science. It’s not about chugging detox juices or eating air for dinner.

👉 Fake dieticians are like your overconfident friend who’s done ONE workout and suddenly thinks they’re the Best Coach. 🏋️‍♂️ They’ve got ZERO qualifications but plenty of advice.

🧐 They’ll tell you things like:

- “Carbs are the devil, don't eat them in dinner” ( 🍞🙄)

- “Just eat this ONE magical food and you’ll be SUPER FIT” (Sure, and unicorns are real. 🦄)

- “Follow this random, extreme diet that’s not sustainable for anyone with an actual life” (😒)

The truth? Real Coaches have studied for YEARS, understand the complexities of your body, and give advice backed by science.

**Not by WhatsApp forwards or Google searches! 🤯

So, before you follow someone’s “14-day shred” or trust them with your health, ask yourself:

Are they qualified?

Do they know more than just buzzwords?

Do they care about my long-term health?
