As young working ladies , back practising Yoga with me .
Fills me with joy ..They were 4 and 9 yrs as my young students when I also taught kids and featured in my Yoga for Kids book , published in 2004!
Start them young - Yoga is an art form and something to always come back home to .

Thank you Sasha and Sahana for remembering to come home to Yoga and how it made you feel and to their mum who’s always shown the way !
