If you suffering with knee pain then You Can give Hot & cold Steam it will be Beneficial for your pain Method Is Take Hot & cold water in two tubs. Take four towel for steam & two towel dip into warm water & two towel dip into cold water . First start with hot towel then cold towel one by one give steam. 3 - 3 times give steam & end with cold steam. if any quiry related with this process pls Massage me. Thanks & regards Manju

Tip of the day : Eat triphla half or one tea spoon with warm water in the night , it will help to digest your food & will help to loose your weight & stop hair fall & relief in joint pain , relief in cough & cold
