A lot of you complete 6–10k steps daily and still ask…
“Why am I not losing weight?”

Because all steps aren’t equal.

Walking inside your home, in between chores, or during office breaks definitely keeps you active…
But it doesn’t give your body the same metabolic push as a 40–45 minute dedicated brisk walk in the park.

A continuous, uninterrupted walk:
• elevates your heart rate
• boosts fat burning
• improves insulin sensitivity
• supports overall hormonal health

So yes, your fitness band may show 8k steps…
But if those steps aren’t consistent + brisk, they won’t reflect much in weight loss.

Make time for one dedicated brisk walk daily — that’s where real results begin.
