foods that keep you warm in winters:

1) nuts n seeds: particularly walnuts, peanuts and almonds.

2) spices and condiments: cloves, cinnamom, turmeric powder, ginger and garlic

3) soups: mix veg soups, chicken soup

4) eggs

5) veges like carrot, beetroot, sweetpotato also helps to keep you warm and improves immunity level to fight against cold.
