🥒✨ Zucchini Pasta with Creamy Tofu-Basil Sauce ✨🥗

Who said weight-loss food has to be boring? Here’s a recipe that’s low-carb, protein-packed, and bursting with flavor — perfect for women who want to shed kilos without giving up on taste.

🌿 Ingredients

🫕For the Sauce

200 g tofu (or paneer)

1 cup fresh basil (or coriander)

1–2 green chillies (optional, for spice)

Salt to taste

2–3 ice cubes (for creamy texture)

🥘For the Pasta

250 g zucchini (cut into long juliennes)

A few strips of colorful bell peppers

1–2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Cherry tomatoes (optional)

Any extra veggies you love (mushrooms/onions)

Seasonings: Salt, chilli flakes, oregano

👩‍🍳 Method

1️⃣ Blend tofu, basil, green chilli, salt & ice cubes → a creamy, dairy-free pesto-like sauce.
2️⃣ Heat a wok, add a few drops of olive oil, sauté garlic.
3️⃣ Toss in zucchini, bell peppers & other veggies → cook 3–4 mins.
4️⃣ Add the tofu-basil sauce + cherry tomatoes → cook for 2 more mins.
5️⃣ Season with chilli flakes & oregano. Serve warm. 🌱
