In a recent shocking revelation, it has come to light that certain fairness creams contain alarmingly high levels of mercury, posing a severe risk to our health, particularly our kidneys.

Brown bread, we've been told, is a healthier choice for our hearts. It's marketed as the epitome of health and nutrition.

🙏But, my friends, let me break it to you - not all 'brown' bread is created equal.

👉Many commercially sold 'brown' breads are not much different from their white counterparts.

👉 They may be brown due to added food color or molasses, but their nutritional value often remains low.

*So, what can we do?*

➡️First, let's be label-savvy. Check the ingredient list; real whole-grain bread should have whole wheat flour as the first ingredient.

➡️Second, let's not rely solely on bread for our heart health. A balanced diet and an active lifestyle are key.

So, let's be informed consumers and make choices that truly benefit our health.

Modern life often means sitting long hours, fast-food fixes, and relentless stress. Young hearts are under siege from sedentary habits and hectic routines.

Ayurveda emphasizes that a balanced diet tailored to an individual's constitution (Prakriti) is key to maintaining optimal health.

Here are some Ayurvedic principles that can help combat low hemoglobin and anemia:

1️⃣ Iron-Rich Foods

प्रोस्टेट के बारे में अधिक सटीक समझ होना महत्वपूर्ण है, जो मूत्राशय के नीचे स्थित लगभग अखरोट के आकार की एक ग्रंथि है। इसकी प्राथमिक भूमिका तरल पदार्थ उत्पन्न करना है जो शुक्राणु को पोषण और सुरक्षा प्रदान करता है। प्रोस्टेट समस्याओं का अंतर्निहित कारण अक्सर पेल्विक क्षेत्र में खराब रक्त परिसंचरण से उत्पन्न होता है।

पुरुषों की उम्र बढ़ने के साथ प्रोस्टेट संबंधी बीमारियों के खतरे को कम करने के लिए निवारक उपाय सुनिश्चित करना महत्वपूर्ण है। इस लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने में सहायता के लिए यहां कुछ दिशानिर्देश दिए गए हैं:

👉शराब, कैफीन, कृत्रिम मिठास और कार्बोनेटेड पेय का सेवन कम करें।
👉उच्च फाइबर सामग्री वाले पर्याप्त फल और सब्जियों को शामिल करते हुए, बीन्स, सन और नट्स जैसे पौधे-आधारित प्रोटीन से भरपूर आहार पर जोर दें। वसा का सेवन कम रखें और साधारण शर्करा का सेवन सीमित करें। प्रसंस्कृत खाद्य पदार्थों की तुलना में साबुत अनाज को प्राथमिकता दें।

*इष्टतम प्रोस्टेट स्वास्थ्य बनाए रखने के लिए, शीघ्र पता लगाने और हस्तक्षेप के लिए 40-50 साल की उम्र के अंत में प्रोस्टेट जांच कराने की सलाह दी जाती है। निम्नलिखित संकेतों पर ध्यान दें:*

➡️पेशाब करने के बाद मूत्राशय के अपूर्ण खाली होने की अनुभूति।
➡️पिछली बार शौच के दो घंटों के भीतर बार-बार पेशाब करने की इच्छा होना।
➡️पेशाब शुरू करने और रोकने का पैटर्न।
➡️पेशाब शुरू करने से पहले पेशाब रोकने में कठिनाई होना।
➡️पेशाब शुरू करने के लिए जोर लगाने या धक्का देने की आवश्यकता।
➡️रात के समय पेशाब करने के लिए जागना।

जैसे-जैसे व्यक्तियों की उम्र बढ़ती है, स्वस्थ प्रोस्टेट कार्यप्रणाली को बढ़ावा देने के लिए कई सक्रिय कदम उठाए जा सकते हैं:
👍यदि प्रोस्टेट कैंसर का पारिवारिक इतिहास है, तो जोखिम बढ़ जाता है। नतीजतन, प्रोस्टेट से संबंधित लक्षणों के प्रति सतर्क रहने और 40 की उम्र से ही जांच कराने की सलाह दी जाती है।

आयुर्वेद, पारंपरिक भारतीय चिकित्सा प्रणाली, पाचन और आंत स्वास्थ्य में सुधार के लिए एक समग्र दृष्टिकोण प्रदान करती है। बेहतर पाचन और आंत स्वास्थ्य के लिए यहां कुछ आयुर्वेदिक सुझाव दिए गए हैं:

👉 *अपने दोष के अनुसार भोजन करें*

आयुर्वेद तीन दोषों या शरीर के प्रकारों को पहचानता है: वात, पित्त और कफ। प्रत्येक दोष के अपने आहार संबंधी दिशानिर्देश होते हैं, और आपके दोष के लिए उचित आहार का पालन करने से पाचन और आंत के स्वास्थ्य में सुधार करने में मदद मिल सकती है।

अधिक खाने से पाचन तंत्र ख़राब हो सकता है, जिससे पाचन और आंत का स्वास्थ्य खराब हो सकता है। आयुर्वेद तब तक खाने की सलाह देता है जब तक आपका पेट लगभग 75% न भर जाए, जिससे पाचन के लिए कुछ जगह बची रहे।

👉 *मसाले शामिल करें*

अदरक, जीरा, धनिया और सौंफ जैसे मसाले पाचन और आंत के स्वास्थ्य को बेहतर बनाने में मदद कर सकते हैं। ये मसाले पाचन अग्नि या अग्नि को उत्तेजित करने और पोषक तत्वों के अवशोषण को बढ़ावा देने में मदद करते हैं।

👉 *मन लगाकर खाने का अभ्यास करें*

योग और प्राणायाम (साँस लेने के व्यायाम) तनाव को कम करने और पाचन और आंत स्वास्थ्य में सुधार करने में मदद कर सकते हैं। योग के कुछ आसन, पाचन अंगों की मालिश करने और पाचन में सुधार करने में भी मदद कर सकते हैं।

Moringa & Pregnancy Nutrition demand!

This abstract submission and my work and engagements with Ayurveda fraternities globally is based on my motto...providing nutritional pregnancy journey to all my patients!

Working on this concept is a very small effort to contribute in the staple diet chart of majority of pregnant ladies out there, irrespective of rural or urban areas.

The malnutrition not only confines to poor people but it can also occur in higher society due to improper ways of eating and faulty intake of diet in respect of nutrients.

In Bhaishajya Ratnavali 69/137

"There is recommendation of Shigru (Moringa), as a super-nutritious food. The combination of Shigru /moringa leaves +Jaggery + Wheat flour (baked/roasted) in different proportions according to need of energy, protein, nutrients and vitamins as per age, gender and physiology."

✓ For pregnant and breast-feeding women, Moringa leaves and pods can do much to preserve the mother's health and pass on strength to the fetus or nursing child.

👉One 100 g portion of fresh leaves could provide a woman with over a third of her daily need of calcium and give her important quantities of iron, protein, copper, sulphur and Bvitamins.

👉During pregnancy and breast-feeding, women are most at risk of suffering from nutritional deficiencies.

👉 Two studies conducted in Phillipines showed Moringa leaves act as galactogogue in preterm mothers and had no side effects in nursing mothers.

👉 Only 6 spoonfuls of Moringa powder may satisfy a woman’s need of iron and calcium during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
