Your healing begins when you are ready to travel to areas that make you uncomfortable, uneasy, restless!! This is called Reverse Psychology.

Healing is a process with no shortcuts. You have to climb the stairs of patience to reach it. No matter how many aches you have to go through, if you want it, you have to face what you dont want to face. The journey is challenging with lots of ifs and buts , traumas and unwanted situation. This is life....if you want to come out of anthing, you have to first go deep inside it. Acknowledge what is triggering you, break the pattern by giving a pause and focussing on what could be done. Go to the root cause, introspect yourself, work on your weak areas and stand up again by accepting the facts. Everything cannot be in your favor but you can definately change your choices and actions by applying your mind correctly. Ask your self what is essential and appropriate for you and the first voice that comes from your within is your perfect guide and a healer. The most affective way to heal yourself is through Meditation. Keep doing it religiously. When you choose to heal, you grow beautifully.

"I don't know" Prayer
Did you know there's a prayer called the "I don't know" prayer?
You just go somewhere quiet and you sit at the feet of your idea of God and you say "I don't know". "I don't know where to go from here. I don't know what is happening. I don't know how to process this. I don't know what to do with these emotions. I don't know how to handle this situation." And then with whatever little grain of faith you have, you say, "but You know:" And you leave it there. Notice the change/s that happen.
