🌿 My Journey into Nutrition
“I didn’t become a nutritionist because it was a career option.
I became one because I saw what illness does to a family.”
Growing up, I witnessed health struggles very closely. My father lived with diabetes, and my mother bravely battled cancer. Watching their journey taught me something very powerful — that health is not built only in hospitals, but through everyday nourishment, awareness, and lifestyle choices.
Later, my own body became my teacher.
Despite eating “healthy” and working out regularly at the gym, I continued to gain weight. This disconnect between effort and results pushed me to question conventional advice and look deeper into how the body truly works.
That search helped me understand what many women experience but are rarely told — that gut health, hormones, stress, metabolism, and lifestyle play a far greater role in health than calories alone.
This realisation transformed my path.
Today, as a wellness professional with an academic background in B.Sc., B.Ed., GNIIT, and advanced training in Gut Health, Hormonal Health, Ayurvedic & Modern Nutrition, Dietary Supplementation, and as a Certified Diabetes Educator, my work is dedicated to helping women understand their bodies and heal from the root cause.
Through Health Studio by Geeta Angra, I aim to create a space for thoughtful, personalised, and sustainable healing — where women feel heard, supported, and empowered to take charge of their health.
Because I truly believe:
