**Job Description:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Laboratory Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests, preparing samples, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring accurate data collection and analysis.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests according to standard operating procedures.
- Prepare and process samples for analysis.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Record and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new laboratory procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
**Qualifications:**
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology).
- Previous laboratory experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
