The Telegraph covered this special showcase, celebrating Rajni’s distinctive approach to mixology — one that begins in the kitchen, not the bar.

For her, every cocktail is crafted like a dish —

• inspired by regional ingredients
• layered with travel, memory & nostalgia
• balanced with the precision of a plated experience

Her creations draw from the soul of India — from Bengal’s nostalgic nolen gur warmth, to the Lakadong turmeric and black-rice earthiness of the Northeast, the spice-laden bustle of Old Delhi, the kokum-salted breeze of Goa, and the wild rhododendron and sea buckthorn of the Parvati Valley.

It was a joy to pair her cocktails with a specially curated food menu — creating a seamless dialogue between kitchen & bar, flavours & stories, aroma & imagination.
