Ingredients
🫘 Boiled channa dal
🧄 Ginger
🧄 Garlic
🌶️ Green chillies
🌿 Jeera
🌸 Laung
⚫ Kalimirch
💛 Haldi
🧂 Salt
🌿 Coriander leaves
🌾 Rava (for dough)

Recipe
🌀 Grind dal, ginger, garlic, chillies, spices, and coriander into a smooth paste.
🥣 Mix rava, salt, and water into a soft dough; roll, fill, and shape momos.
🔥 Steam the momos, then heat oil with jeera, mustard seeds, and chillies; add the steamed momos, garnish with coriander.
🌿 Enjoy with green chutney!

Ingredients
🥜 1 cup peanuts (dry roasted)
🌱 1 tsp jeera
🧄 6–7 garlic cloves
🌿 A pinch of methi seeds
🧅 1 medium onion (chopped)
🌶️ 2 green chillies
🍅 2 tomatoes (chopped)
🟡 ½ tsp turmeric
🔴 1 tsp red chilli powder
🌾 A handful of soaked dal (chana dal or moong dal)
🛢️ Oil as needed
🥒 A spoon of achar (optional but yum!)
🌿 Methi leaves (optional)
🧂 Salt to taste
Instructions
🔥 Dry roast peanuts in a pan until fragrant. Keep aside.
🛢️ Add a little oil to the same pan. Add jeera, garlic, and methi seeds. Roast till golden. Remove and keep aside.
🧄 Add oil again, drop in jeera + garlic, then add onions and sauté till soft.
🌶️ Add green chillies, then tomatoes, turmeric, and red chilli powder. Cook till tomatoes turn mushy.
🥜 In a mixer, add roasted peanuts + soaked dal + the first roasted jeera–garlic–methi mix.
⚙️ Blend to a smooth paste (add a splash of water if needed).
🍲 Add this paste to your onion–tomato base and cook till it thickens.
🌿 Add methi leaves + a little achar for flavour.

And... that's all enjoy!

Dry air outside, heaters inside, and boom, oil overload! 😩

Let’s fix that with this easy glow-up for your hair 👇
🌱 Aloe Vera – the chill pill your scalp needs
🍯 Honey – locks in moisture and beats those pesky flakes
🍋 Lemon Juice – refreshes, clarifies, and says bye to grease

💡 Mix 2 tbsp aloe + 1 tbsp honey + 1 tsp lemon, chill for 15 mins, rinse.
⚠️ Got a dry scalp or open cuts? Skip the lemon, she’s a little extra! 😉

Ingredients
🫘 Soya chunks (boiled)
🧅 Onion (chopped)
🫑 Capsicum (sliced)
🍄 Mushroom (sliced)
🌶️ Red chilli sauce
🧂 Soy sauce
🍚 Cooked rice
🧀 Paneer (small cubes)
🛢️ Oil
🧂 Salt

Process
🔥 Heat oil in a pan.
🧄 Add ginger + onion and sauté till fragrant.
🫑 Add capsicum + mushroom and cook slightly.
🌶️ Mix in red chilli sauce + soy sauce.
🫘 Add boiled soya chunks and let them absorb the sauces.
🍚 Add cooked rice and mix everything well.
🧀 Add paneer cubes, sprinkle salt, toss gently.
🍽️ Serve hot
