Ingredients
🫘 Boiled rajma
πŸ§… Onion (finely chopped)
🌿 Dhaniya (coriander leaves)
🌢️ Green chilli (finely chopped)
🌰 Sesame seeds (optional)
🌢️ Red chilli powder
πŸ§‚ Salt
πŸ₯˜ Garam masala
🌾 Besan
πŸ§€ Cheese slices/grated cheese
πŸ₯¬ Green chutney
πŸ… Tomato (sliced)
πŸ›’οΈ Oil (for shallow cooking)

Method
πŸ₯£ Mash boiled rajma in a bowl.
βž• Add onion, dhaniya, green chilli, sesame seeds (optional), red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, and besan.
βœ‹ Mix well and form medium-sized tikkis.
🍳 Heat little oil in a pan and cook tikkis on both sides until golden.
πŸ§€ In the same pan, add cheese and let it start melting/crisping.
πŸ₯¬ Spread green chutney over the cheese.
πŸ₯™ Place cooked tikki on top, then add sliced onion and tomato.
πŸ”„ Fold carefully and cook briefly until cheese is crisp.

Ingredients
🍞 3 slices bread
🍌 1–2 ripe bananas (chopped)
🧈 1 tsp butter
πŸ₯› 3–4 tbsp milk
🍯 1–2 tsp honey
πŸ“ Fresh fruits of your choice (strawberries, blueberries, apple slices, etc.)

Method
🍞 Take one slice of bread and place it flat.
🍌 Add chopped bananas and lightly mash them.
🍞 Place another slice of bread on top.
🍌 Add more bananas and mash again gently.
🍞 Cover with the final slice of bread to form a stack.
🧈 Heat butter in a pan on low flame.
πŸ”₯ Place the bread stack and cook evenly on one side.
πŸ”„ Flip and cook the other side until golden.
πŸ₯› Pour a little milk over the top to soften the bread.
πŸ”„ Flip again and cook briefly.
πŸ₯› Add a little milk on the other side and cook once more.
🍯 Drizzle honey on top.
