It was REGENERATION all the way… at the FUE Asia SAARC Regional Conference

It was great debating and arguing that Exosomes are an overrated hype at the moment!

It’s important to understand that Exosomes are not magic bullets that treat everything!!

Robustness of studies is poor, isolation and scalability is extremely difficult, standardized protocols do not exist, their profiling is unknown and hence can create negative downstream effects. Not to mention source variability, purity, sterility and regulatory challenges!!

Autologous Exosomes: are they that easy to isolate?
What’s working is the secretome!!

The road ahead is bumpy yet not non-negotiable. Looking forward to further development in the field.
