🌸 Happy Teacher’s Day! 🌸

Teaching is not confined to classrooms or titles—it is about the ability to inspire, guide, and uplift others.

One of the most powerful examples of this is when hearing-impaired children teach speech and language to their peers. In those moments, they become both learners and teachers—breaking barriers, building confidence, and showing us that teaching is an act of empowerment, not just instruction.

On this Teacher’s Day, let us celebrate not only the educators who dedicate their lives to shaping minds, but also the children who, through their resilience and peer-to-peer support, redefine what teaching truly means.

🌱 Celebrating World Environment Day with a purpose! 🌍

Children of Suniye School joined hands with the TajSATS Air Catering team to celebrate the spirit of sustainability and care for our planet.

Through songs, skits, and creative posters, the students shared powerful messages about protecting the environment. The TajSATS team encouraged and supported the children, making it a truly inclusive and memorable celebration.

Together, we pledged to work towards a greener, more inclusive future. 💚

सुनिए स्कूल के बच्चों ने TajSATS Air Catering की टीम के साथ मिलकर पर्यावरण दिवस को हर्षोल्लास से मनाया।

🌍✨ Vijay Krishnamani ( ) Executive Committee Member, Suniye, was honoured to have participated in a thought-provoking roundtable discussion with U.S. Special Advisor for International Disability Rights (SAIDR), Sara Minkara at the , Singapore. The dialogue encompassed a spectrum of crucial topics ranging from rights, sustainability, ’s rights, + rights and the intersectionality of rights. The exchange of insights delved into the vital role of technology, social media, and economic research in advancing inclusivity and equity for all communities. Vijay also shared his experiences as a individual and about Support School for Hearing Impaired Children and its work for the hearing impaired in India.

One of the highlights was the exploration of the landscape for protecting rights and the collaborative efforts of civil society organizations in driving meaningful change. Understanding how narratives are shaped in diverse contexts like Singapore and identifying influential voices are paramount in fostering a culture of inclusivity and understanding.

As we continue on our journey towards a more world, let’s harness the power of dialogue, collaboration, and advocacy to ensure that the voices of all individuals, regardless of ability, are heard and valued. Together, we can build a future where diversity is celebrated, and inclusion is the norm.
