Today I want to share some facts about gout and arthritis with you.
First you shall understand what is Gout
The food we eat contains protein and purine
End product of protein metabolism is UREA and end product of purine metabolism is URIC ACID.
This uric acid goes to blood and is passed in urine during kidney functioning.
But due to some reasons kidney can’t filter it properly. And it’s presence in blood keeps on increasing day by day. Causing Gout.
