The Best Abs Workout: The Only 5 Exercises You Need to Get a Six-Pack !!

Here are five exercises that can help in building abdominal muscles (abs):

1. Crunches: Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the ground. Place your hands behind your head or cross them over your chest. Engage your core and lift your upper body off the ground, curling towards your knees. Lower back down with control and repeat.

2. Plank: Assume a push-up position with your forearms resting on the ground. Keep your body straight and engage your core muscles. Hold this position for as long as you can, focusing on maintaining proper form.

3. Russian Twists: Sit on the ground with your knees bent and feet lifted off the floor. Lean back slightly while maintaining a straight back. Rotate your torso to one side, touching the ground beside you, and then twist to the other side. Repeat the twisting motion while keeping your core engaged.

4. Leg Raises: Lie on your back with your legs straight. Place your hands on the floor beside you or under your glutes for support. Lift your legs towards the ceiling, keeping them straight, until they form a 90-degree angle with the floor. Slowly lower them back down without touching the ground, and repeat.

5. Bicycle Crunches: Lie on your back with your knees bent and hands behind your head. Lift your shoulders off the ground and bring one knee towards your chest while simultaneously rotating your torso to bring the opposite elbow towards the knee. Alternate sides in a cycling motion, engaging your abs throughout the exercise.
