Baal YYogSeed क्लास में बाल योगियों ने वृक्षासन (Tree Pose) 🌳 का अभ्यास किया। इस आसन के माध्यम से बच्चों ने एक पैर पर संतुलन बनाना और ध्यान केंद्रित करना सीखा।

लाभ: यह आसन बच्चों का संतुलन सुधारता है, एकाग्रता बढ़ाता है, शरीर को मजबूत बनाता है और आत्मविश्वास विकसित करता है। 🌿
