About Sampurna

SAMPURNA Vikas in contemporary context denotes ful, total and complete state of development. In Sanskrit Literature, it is used for Bhautik (Mundane), Mansik (Mental) and Adhyatmik (Spritual) sense. Similarly Sampurna is devoted for total development of the target group of the population in the field of health, education, economy and self-employment by providing them alternatives to enhance their potential to the maximum to achieve better quality of Life. Dr. (Smt.) Shobha Vijender, professional social worker has got the desired kind of aptitude and attitude towards social work and is a social reformer at heart with a tremendous zeal and fervour. She has gone through the subject of the unequal distribution of development benefits, achieved through planned schemes of Govt. of India during the last 50 years. It is being observed that the fruits of development in the field of Literature, Art, Science, Health and Technology etc. have been disproportionately cornered either by some self-seeking politicians or elite segment of the society. The problem has been discussed in detail with many eminent experts, experienced social scientists and educationists. They had to pay back to the society. It has been also observed that some of our spare time, skills and energies spent on deprived class could change their lives forever and make us better persons also. Hence Sampurna has taken birth in Sept, 1993. a long journey has been made but destination is still far away. Sampurna broadly divides its activities into two spheres i.e. micro and macro level. At the micro-level, the organization works with individuals or groups to tackle their specific problems. On an individual basis, case studies are undertaken which may involve face-to-face interaction, arranging joint meetings and working in different settings such as home/school/office/special institution etc. Macro level activities involve dealing with issues that are important to the whole society. Sampurna will not hesitate to come out on the streets for the sake of important social causes. Whenever required, the organization works as a bridge between the society and the government agencies. The society was registered vide registration no. S. 36743 of 2000 under Societies Registration Act XXI Of 1860 on 9/3/2000. The NGO has an Order under Section 80G (5) (vi) Of The Income Tax Act, 1961. It is registered Under Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976. The society is working with Delhi Commission for Women, Central Social Welfare Board, Govt. of India, Mission Convergence, Delhi Govt. & Delhi Police.

के अंतिम दिन सम्पूर्णा के कार्यकर्ताओं ने दिल्ली स्कुल आदर्श शोेचालय मिशन के अंतर्गत उतरी,दक्षिणी व पूर्वी दिल्ली नगर निगम के स्कूलों में जा कर शोेचालय साफ़ कर स्वछता अभियान चलाया व बच्चों को स्वछता के प्रति प्रेरित किया । सम्पूर्णा के कार्यकर्ता पिछले 4 वर्षों से निरंतर यह अभियान चलाए हुए है

सेवा सप्ताह - दिनांक 16/9/2019 को माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी के जन्मदिन के अवसर पर डॉ शोभा विजेंद्र जी, सम्पूर्णा संस्थापिका के नेतृत्व में सम्पूर्णा कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा रोहिणी में प्लास्टिक मुक्त रोहिणी अभियान चलाया और साईं बाबा चौंक स्थित सेंट्रल वर्ज की सफाई करी एवं घरों से लाकर सभी कार्यकर्ताओं ने पौधे लगाएं

सम्पूर्णा संस्था द्वारा माहेश्वरी सोसाइटी में सामाजिक समस्याओं पर विचार विमर्श किया ओर एक मीटिंग का आयोजन किया गया जो की सोसाइटी के लोगों को सामाजिक दायित्वों के प्रती जागरुक करने के लिए थी जिसमें परिवार परामर्श केंद्र, प्लास्टिक का बहिष्कार , गीला और सुखा कूडा अलग करना और वरिष्ठ नागरिकों की सुरक्षा जैसे मुद्दों पर विचार विमर्श किया गया।
