Recently operated upon one pt from Iraq who was operated in Iraq for kidney tumer ,landed up in f***l fistula.(stool comeing from abdomen)
He was depressed and very anxious .After all preoperative preparation we operated upon that pt ,it took us 7hr .where we have to remove his part of colon and some portion of small bowel,he had tough time in Icu also but ultimatly pt became alright and gone back satisfied .
When you see the eyes of such ptand there facial expression then you realize how thankful they are because language is a barrier ,even if interpreter is very efficient.I am thankful to the God that he has given me the skill to heal such people.I am thankful to hospital where I can take up such surgeries where top of the facility and care is available.

We choose the govments to work and do things which are good for country and people .Every time if any such work is done by any state
or politicians they give big advertisement spend tax payers money .If my calculations are correct then saving this money we can feed atleast half the people who go to sleep without food.Atleas give it a honest thought .
