Mittal Group, promoter of “Manbhavan Residency” in the Heart of Bhiwadi City is a venture of W & W Projects P Ltd.. The Mittal Group was set up by it founder Chairman Sh. Girish Mittal in 1977 at Delhi with a Biding wire manufacturing unit and distribution of consumer goods. Since 1995 Mittal Group is managing “W&W Projects P Ltd. with promotion of many projects, completed. Now a new project is going on at Bhiwadi (Rajasthan) having Residential/Commercial with shops and offices, the booking of the said project is in progress and possession will be handed over from April, 2015. Another housing cm commercial project will be starting at Bhiwadi within 2-3 months having commercial, shops, offices and residential Apartments followed by two projects at Delhi Jaipur Highway Near Behror in 22 Bigha (66000 Sq. yards) and in 8 Bighas (around 23000 sq. The group owns 125 bigha land at Jaipur Tonk Road where a full modern city is under planning, the journey of new projects will not stop here, the group owns many multipurpose land between Gurgaon Alwar near Firojpur Jhirka, Bhiwadi Alwar Road where another full modern city is under planning. The group has diversified interest with investment in various land at Delhi, Haryana and Rajasthan for future projects. In addition to this the group is having exposure in Education Field where we are serving for the last 30 years, the group is managing Fully Air-conditioned Sr. College at New Delhi, Sr. School and Engineering college at Distt. Panipat and Two Engineering colleges, Polytechnic, Management, Pharmacy and Computer colleges at Alwar in 27 acre most modern campus, giving education to over 6000 students with staff strength of over 500 persons.
