*Top 3 Desk Stretches You Should Do Daily If You Sit All Day*

Strain from your 9–5? Sitting at your desk all day can cause stiffness and tightness, but adding some quick stretches into your daily routine can ease that strain. Here are three great stretches you can do right at your desk to rest and revitalize your body:

1. *Neck Stretch:* Sit up straight and slowly lean your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder. Hold for 15-30 seconds, then switch sides. This will relieve tension in your neck and upper shoulders.

2. *Shoulder Rolls:* Sit or stand with your shoulders relaxed. Roll your shoulders forward in a circular motion for approximately 10 repetitions, then reverse direction. This stretch loosens contracted shoulder muscles and circulates blood.

3. *Seated Torso Twist:* Sit up straight and put your right hand on the back of your chair, twisting slightly to the right while turning your head to follow. Hold for 15-30 seconds, then repeat on the other side. This stretch increases flexibility in the spine and reduces tension in your back.
