Autism diagnoses are rising… but so is awareness

What was once missed is now being understood.
Children who were overlooked are now being seen.

Because early recognition leads to early support…
and early support can change everything.

With the right care, therapy, and environment, every child on the spectrum has the ability to grow, communicate, and thrive.

Autism is not a limitation…
it is a different way of experiencing the world.

This World Autism Day, let’s choose understanding over judgment, acceptance over labels, and support over silence.

Because one moment of awareness… can change a lifetime.

What if the signs are there… but we choose to wait?
Autism is not about delay - it’s about understanding differently.
Recognizing early signs and taking timely action can change a child’s future.

Don’t wait. Early intervention matters more than we think.

Plastics are part of our everyday life but awareness matters.

Some plastics may contain chemicals like BPA & phthalates,
known as endocrine disruptors.

Science suggests that high or prolonged exposure may affect
hormonal balance but it’s not that simple.
Many factors like diet, sleep, genetics, and environment play a bigger role.

So instead of panic, choose practical prevention:
* Switch to glass or steel for hot food & drinks
* Avoid microwaving in plastic (unless labeled safe)
* Don’t reuse old or damaged bottles
* Choose food-grade, BPA-free containers

Because at the end of the day, a child’s hormonal health is built on good nutrition, proper sleep, and a healthy environment small mindful choices just make it better

Swaddling soothes babies
But is it always the right choice?

What many parents don’t realize is that too much swaddling can limit a baby’s natural movement and development.

Knowing when to start and when to stop makes all the difference.

A very commonly asked question by parents and even healthcare professionals is:
“Should the HPV vaccine be given in one dose or two doses?”

Based on strong scientific evidence and long-term studies supported by the Indian Council of Medical Research along with global health experts, India has introduced a single-dose HPV vaccination strategy for adolescent girls.

Large studies involving thousands of participants and more than a decade of follow-up have shown that one dose of the HPV vaccine provides strong protection against HPV infection, the leading cause of cervical cancer.

This evidence has helped shape vaccination policies aimed at protecting more girls and preventing cervical cancer in the future.

A powerful step towards a healthier and cancer-free generation.
