💰 Compensation:
• Basic Salary: 40,000 – 100,000 THB/month (12 months)
• Monthly KPI Bonus: 10,000 – 20,000 THB (approx. RMB 2.2K – 4.4K)

🚀 About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to accelerate the localization of Ugreen in the Thai market. The ideal candidate will lead channel development, distributor management, and market operations, contributing to a strong brand presence and sustainable growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Support distributors in developing & maintaining retail channel relationships.
• Track sales performance, analyze market demand, and improve client satisfaction.
• Expand store coverage and product SKUs.
• Conduct regular store visits, enhance brand image, and strengthen offline visibility.
• Assist in designing local product strategies and launching products tailored to Thailand’s market.
• Co-develop & execute local marketing strategies (online & offline).
• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market insights for localized promotion strategies.

✅ Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT / consumer electronics industry.
• Strong understanding of consumer electronics sales channels (e.g., Com7, Jaymart, Central, Copperwired, A2S, King Power).
• Familiarity with consumer electronics products & competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English (Thai a plus).
• Sincere, proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented with strong ex*****on skills.
