Do you often feel lonely even as a young adult?
we as human beings function in a way wherein it becomes a slight necessity to be around people or have friends and someone to talk to. Naturally so, we all want to be surrounded by those we can go to anytime and talk about anything. However, it is not a certain fact that at all points of an individual's life they would have someone or the other around them, to support them. Even if it is a very brief moment, we all have experienced some type of loneliness at least once in our lives. Loneliness and social isolation is usually the start of many mental illnesses like anxiety, depression etc. it can impact various other aspects of our lives like our physical wellbeing and hinder our chances of being able to manage day-to-day life circumstances.
Thus, we suggest when you start to feel a little lonely it is always helpful to reach out and talk to someone even if it is a family member, if not you can always reach out to a professional who can help you unburden yourself and give advice on how to feel less lonely.
