Yoga makes us a better human being by making us healthy in every aspect of life which are Physical, Mental, Social and Spiritual health. The most common and popular practices among people are Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breathing practices) and Dhyan (meditation). Through the Yogic practices like Cleansing Processes (Shat-karma), Ashtanga Yoga( Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayam, Pratyahara, Dharna, Dhyan and Samadhi), Mudra-bandha, one can attain the health of every aspect of life such as Physical, Mental, Social and Spiritual health. So, Yoga does not mean only physical activity or Asana. Yoga is something way more than that.

Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series || Ashtanga Sitting Series 1 || अष्टांग योग ||

Sun Salutation A :-

-Begin in Samasthiti.
-Inhale, raise your arms overhead in Urdhva Hastasana.
-Exhale, fold forward into Uttanasana
-Inhale, lift your chest halfway in Ardha Uttanasana.
-Exhale, jump back into Chaturanga Dandasana .
-Inhale, lift your chest in Urdhva Mukha Svanasana.
-Exhale, lift your hips into Adho Mukha Svanasana.
-Inhale, step or jump your feet forward, lift your chest halfway in Ardha Uttanasana.
-Exhale, fold forward into Uttanasana.
-Inhale, raise your arms overhead in Urdhva Hastasana.
-Return to Samasthiti.

Sun Salutation B :-

-Begin in Samasthiti.
-Inhale, bend your knees and lower your hips into -Utkatasana (Chair Pose).
-Exhale, fold forward into Uttanasana.
-Inhale, lift your chest halfway in Ardha Uttanasana.
-Exhale, step or jump back into Chaturanga Dandasana.
-Inhale, lift your chest in Urdhva Mukha Svanasana.
-Exhale, lift your hips into Adho Mukha Svanasana.
-Inhale, step your right foot back into a lunge, raise your arms overhead in Virabhadrasana I .
-Exhale, step or jump back into Chaturanga Dandasana.
-Inhale, lift your chest in Urdhva Mukha Svanasana.
-Exhale, lift your hips into Adho Mukha Svanasana.
-Repeat steps 7-9 on the left side.
-Return to Samasthiti.

Shoulder Mobility Routine | Shoulder Opening Workout |


Half an hour Shoulder Mobility Routine

In this video I will teach you different exercises to increase the mobility/flexibility of your shoulders.

There will be various ways of doing these practices with the help of different props like Yoga Bricks, Chair, Wall and Yoga Belt.

You can do these practices twice or thrice in a week to see better results.

Always do with a combination of movements and holding to get better effects of the practices.

This routine includes various levels of practices starting from beginner to advance level.

Note :- Always do these practices according to your comfort level and always respect your limits. You can’t get effects on one day you’ll have to be consistent and progressive with your approach.

Overdoing these practices can injured your shoulders permanently.
