Healthy you Healthy Life
1) Drink 2 - 3 glass of water upon waking up
2) Don't drink water imediatetly after or during eating
3) Eat vegetables as much as u can
4) Eat. Nuts
5) Use low Fat milk. Curd, PANEER, Oil
6) Avoid Junks , Say no to Outside foods
7) Go to Bed early 7 - 9 hrs of sleep is Important
8) Cut down White Colours Bread, Rice, Sugar, Salt, Maida. Biscuits,
9) Eat Browns Brown Rice. Jower roti, Brown bread, Chapati, Dalia, Oats, Millets
10) Eat Proteins. Paneer, Soya . Lentils. Pulses. Milk, Tofu, Egg whites, Fish, Chicken Breast.
11) Workout at least 30 mins a day Yoga, Brisk walk. Jogging. Cycling. Or home workouts.
* Never Miss Breakfast
* Avoid Carbs Late night
* Drink Lemon Tea,
Green Tea, without sugar.
* Drink water 3-4 Litres Every day
* Detox Body Every Week
# Lemon with Luke warm water at morning.
# Use Tarmarind juice in cooking Curries
# Eat Fruits rich in Vitamin C Mosambi, apple, Apple,
* Avoid Palm oils and Coconut, use
