Fruit is not a free pass after 40 ‼️

📍After 40, insulin sensitivity is not what it was at 25. Portion matters more than labels like “healthy”.

📍1–2 fruits a day is enough for most people. More is not automatically better.

📍Whole fruit is fine. Fruit juices and oversized smoothie bowls are not the same thing.

📍If you have fatty liver, high triglycerides or diabetes — timing, quantity and pairing with seeds & nuts makes a difference.

📍No fear. No extremes. Just informed eating.
