We are currently seeking collaboration with an organization or institution that can provide Shadow Teacher Training for our team of educators and issue certification upon completion.
Our goal is to strengthen our teacher network with structured training, practical skills, and recognized credentials to support inclusive education across India.
If your organization offers specialized shadow teacher training and is open to partnership, we’d love to connect and explore how we can work together.
Please reach out to us at lflcare@loveforlife.in to discuss this opportunity and understand our requirements in detail.

Day 3 of OT Week Celebration! Today, we’re focusing on how Occupational Therapists support Adolescents (13-18 years) as they navigate one of the most important stages of life.

OTs help teens build independence in daily living, enhance executive functioning and organisational skills, and develop social communication for stronger relationships. They also support sensory and emotional regulation for better focus and resilience, while preparing them for the future through vocational readiness and skill building. 💪

Empowering today’s teens to become confident, capable, and self-aware individuals, that’s the power of Occupational Therapy. 🌈

A few days ago, I had the privilege of visiting Café Mitti, and the experience has stayed with me ever since.

What makes this cafe special, and why am I writing about it here?

Most of the staff here are individuals with special needs. They will welcome you with the warmest smiles, serve with utmost care, and remind me that dignity comes not from labels, but from the opportunities. The warmth, the sincerity, and the joy in the air were unmatched.

As I watched them greet customers, prepare orders, and serve with such dedication, I couldn’t help but reflect on how often society underestimates this population. Too many times, people with special needs are seen as a “burden” or a “liability.” But at Café Mitti, I saw exactly the opposite—they were the very reason the space felt so alive, so meaningful.

It reminded me deeply of my own journey with LoveForLife Rehabilitation Services. Every day, I see how much potential children and adults with special needs carry within them. All they require is the right environment, the right support, and the right opportunities to shine. Café Mitti is proof that inclusion is not just possible, it is beautiful, sustainable, and inspiring.

Walking out, I carried with me more than just the taste of coffee. I carried a renewed conviction:

-People with special needs are not defined by their challenges.

-They can carve their own path.

-And when society chooses to believe in them, they flourish—and inspire us to do the same.

This visit was not just about coffee; it was about perspective. And it left me asking what if every workplace, every school, every community chose inclusion the way Café Mitti has?

Calming an overstimulated toddler before bedtime can feel like trying to land a tiny, energetic airplane in a hurricane. The key is to shift from high-energy activities to a state of calm by reducing sensory input and providing comfort and predictability.
An hour before bed time should be screen free, as the blue light and fast paced content are highly stimulating, a warm bath with a gentle massage of hands n legs can also help to ground them.
The key is rhythmic, predictable and comforting physical touch.
