1. Your time is yours, priorities must be focused towards your well being.
2. Sleep is important for brain and body, never sacrifice it for petty things.
3. What you eat has impression on your brain and body , stop feeding on junks  focus on balanced fresh food.
4. A regular exercise schedule is must to regulate body and and mind to work optimally.
5 .Develop hobbies to indulge in your free leisure time in spite of getting bored.
6. Pollution is one that need attention of individuals as well as societies as it affects  our body and mind adversely.
7. Say no to addictions of any substances. Learn to live freely and not dependent on any thing.
8. Make friends , maintain relationships, and keep a  support system alive.
9. Seek help if you are in any stress , and help other if you  find some one in  crisis.
10. If you feel any emotional problem  never ever hesitate to seek medical help even if you do not understand it.
