Paneer Tikka with Curd Marinade – Grilled, Not Fried, High-Protein and Festival-Perfect

This festive season, enjoy the smoky, tangy goodness of Paneer Tikka — marinated in curd and grilled to perfection. It’s a wholesome, protein-packed treat that satisfies your taste buds without the extra oil or calories.

Ingredients:
Paneer (cut into cubes) – 200 g
Thick curd (hung curd preferred) – ½ cup
Capsicum (red, green, yellow) – ½ cup, diced
Onion – 1 large, diced
Tomato – 1 medium, diced
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Red chili powder – ½ teaspoon
Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
Lemon juice – 1 tablespoon
Salt – as per taste
Mustard oil / olive oil – 1 teaspoon
Skewers – for grilling

Method / Steps to Make:
In a large bowl, whisk curd until smooth. Add ginger-garlic paste, spices, lemon juice, salt, and mustard oil. Mix well to make a thick marinade.
Add paneer cubes, onion, tomato, and capsicum pieces. Coat them well with the marinade.
