Replace one cup of tea or coffee with a natural herbal drink.
Consistency is key — follow this routine for 3–5 days after Diwali to feel lighter, more energetic, and refreshed.
Dietitian Sheela Seharawat’s Tip
“Detox drinks are not magic potions, but when used mindfully with light meals and proper rest, they help your body recover faster. Focus on natural hydration, gentle cleansing, and mindful eating — that’s the real post-festive balance.”
