We recently conducted a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Awareness Session at our Head Office to enhance our employees' understanding of workplace dignity, mutual respect, and their rights.

This session focused on several key areas, i.e, An overview of the POSH Act - Strategies for fostering a respectful work culture, clarification of employee rights and responsibilities, information regarding the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), Mechanisms for prevention and reporting.

Krishi Rasayan Exports Pvt. Ltd. proudly participated and successfully sponsored the 33rd Annual Review Meeting of AICRP on W**d Management held at Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Raipur from May 12–14, 2026.

The national-level meeting witnessed participation from leading w**d management scientists, researchers, agronomists, and industry experts across India, focusing on emerging w**d resistance challenges and sustainable w**d management strategies in major crops.

Key discussions during the event included management of Orobanche and broadleaf w**ds in mustard, evaluation of safe post-emergence herbicides in chickpea, rising resistance of Phalaris minor in wheat, resistance development of Leptochloa chinensis against Cyhalofop in paddy, and the need for safe pre-emergence herbicide evaluation in Direct Seeded Rice systems.

Representing Krishi Rasayan Exports Pvt. Ltd., Dr. Satyendra Patel (New Product Development - Lead), Mr. Ratnesh Singh (Marketing Manager - CG), and Mr. Om Prakash Druve (Product Development Executive - CG) actively participated in the technical discussions, and discussed about our innovative w**d management solutions.

During the technical session, Dr. Satyendra Patel presented the company profile and highlighted KREPL’s herbicide portfolio, including:
