My name is Rakesh Handa, and I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself.

I began my career as a young cricketer from Amritsar, Punjab, in the early 1990s. I played for the Punjab Ranji team and proudly represented the state for several years. I also had the privilege of playing in international cricket matches. In recognition of my achievements in the sport, I was offered a position in the Central Government, which I accepted, serving as an officer in the Customs and Excise Department. After several years of dedicated public service, I opted for voluntary retirement to pursue my own business ventures.

In August 2016, I was diagnosed with intestinal lymphoma and underwent a year-long chemotherapy treatment. By God’s grace and through strong willpower, I made a full recovery.

In 2022, I began experiencing severe back pain, stiffness, and limited mobility. Despite undergoing various treatments, I saw little to no improvement.

In 2024, a friend recommended the VARDĀN treatment to me. I began the Therapy®️ in November 2024 and noticed an immediate improvement. My posture improved significantly, and the pain began to subside.

Since then, I have continued my treatment with VARDĀN and have experienced a 90% improvement in my overall health. My energy levels have also increased remarkably.

Their combined clinical experience of 75 years and innovative treatment techniques bring a unique and effective approach to healing, recovery and total body mobility. The system is designed to give people a new lease of life and help them regain optimal efficiency. The dedication and ongoing efforts of our partners to develop innovative therapy techniques and solve complex musculoskeletal as well as neuromuscular dysfunctions are evidenced by the thousands of patients who have benefited from their care.

The Institute of Physical Art, founded in 1978 by Gregory S. Johnson and Vicky Saliba Johnson, is the sole provider of Functional Manual TherapyTM (FMT).
