Everyone is radiating an aura of power and success
EXERCISE 1:
Before you start stop reading for a minute. Try to sit or lie as comfortable as possible, making sure your spine is straight and your body is relaxed. Take a deep breath in, expand your belly and your chest and let go completely while you slowly exhale.
Feel or touch your physical body. You have just read that your physical, mechanical body is of great importance to you. Feel your feet, you spine, your head, all working together. Feel your muscles, your organs or go even deeper into your cells and atoms. They all belong to your mechanical body.
And, there is another part of you which is as real as your physical body. Feel your emotions, the energy-in-motion moving through your body. In your belly you might feel a sense of power, strength and activity. Take a deep breath into your heart, allow it to open and feel the tremendous love dwelling within you. You can’t touch these emotions, yet they are there. Like clouds of energy they are within you or around you.
Now, focus your attention inside your head. What kind of thoughts come to your mind? Do you think about this exercise or about what you have read a minute ago? Watch each thought or thought process pass by like clouds in the sky. They come and they go.
If you can watch your thoughts come and go then you can’t be your thoughts. You are the watcher of your thoughts; you are the intelligence behind everything.
