When I talk about my Pre workout meal, they always vary.
I take 2 espresso shots for sure + I may take banana / at times it's Peanut Butter and bread / at times it's Dark chocolate + pomegranate etc etc and so on ( I have plenty of options )

Everything is readily available at my place ( No online or no super market shoping ) .
I was thinking to prepare Cholle bhature with 0 oil 🀣
Preparation time - 10 minutes
Freezing - 5-7 minutes
Cleaning all utensils - 7-8 minutes
Method ? Saare ingredients mila do, freeze kar do aur kha lo ;) Considering this as my pre workout meal ( you can surely have it anytime of the day, adjust calories in your macros) along with usual espresso shots.
No advertisement here though, the ones mentioned are my personal takes. ( Brands can be choosen, as per your choice )
Rolled oats - 70 grams ( )
Peanut butter - 140 grams ( )
Dark chocolate - 50 grams ( 90% dark )
Organic honey - 25 grams ( )
Watermelon seeds - 20 grams ( Local )
Walnuts - 20 grams ( .dryfruits )
Almonds - 20 grams ( .dryfruits )
Total Cal - 1733
Protein - 72.7 Grams
Carbohydrates - 117 Grams
Fats - 99 Grams
Sugar - 84 Grams
Total servings I got is 10 which gives me a decent amount of Cal to be consumed for my pre workout meal

Focus on these 5 simple steps to begin with - You can actually lose some extra kgs while following these steps with sustainability.

Sleep - studies shoes that Appetite increases significantly with lack of sleep.

Daily steps - to start with we can target 8k - 10k steps and always aim to increase steps by 1k -2k each week over the time.

Increase water intake - It's a human tendancy to get a feeling of hungry ( when they are actually thirsty ) but since they don't know it's thirst or hunger and they end up having more food.its always better to drink enough water.

Increase protein - protein gets you full faster and keeps you full longer which means less of hunger strikes. Also the portion is quite large as compare to fats and carbohydrates.

Skip snacking / track snacking - if you are having a biscuit or nuts or anything which is heathy or non healthy regardless of the portion ( it has calories ) so watch out and keep a track of all the snacks you eat in a day.

Lockdown which has now become the new normal has impelled me to try new things...
Do you know that you can make a perfect cup of Cappuccino at home??
That too with nothing more than a French press coffee machine ?🀩
Well this how you do it-
1. Prepare espresso shot - I took 30 grams filter coffee ( Gifted by - she got it from Kerala )
2. Then poured 100 ml hot water and let it rest for 5 minutes.
3. In a clean French press coffee machine pour hot milk and press it for 15-20 times.
VoilΓ , Your frothy milk is ready
4. Pour the frothy milk over your espresso shot and enjoy home made Cappuccino β˜•
