Our recent visit to the esteemed HIIMS Naturopathy Hospital of Dr. B.R. Chaudhary was both enlightening and inspiring. We were warmly welcomed by the dedicated team of doctors and staff, whose expertise and passion for natural healing were evident throughout our experience.

During our visit, we had the privilege of exploring various therapies that are integral to naturopathy.

A very informative, progressive and successful CME has been organised by Akhil Bharatiya Chikitshak Association (Delhi) on *Doctors & Law* in which short lecture was presented by Dr. R. P. Parashar sir with presence of our national president Dr. Dc Prajapati sir and Delhi President *Dr. Neha Kathuria mam and many questions and queries been answered by him. Its First one of its kind CME in which questions were entertained very genuinely, And doctors get to know their legal rights and duties more clearly
Like giving prescription is our duty and right of a patient and about issuance of medical certificates and keeping records of them etc..
Following questions asked by our participants were answered in webinar.
1. What if patient ask for prescription who is on Purely Constitutional Medicine which we cannot reveal due to Homeopathic principals. How to provide prescription in that case?
2. What about BMW law for private Clinic’s
