Type 2 Diabetes is essentially a lifestyle disease. Your dependence on medicines will keep on increasing if you do not address the root cause. In this case, despite heavy medication, HbA1c was above 10 and doctors wanted to start with insulin.

After a dietary analysis problem areas were identified and we worked on healthy eating strategies. The result was that her HbA1c dropped below 6 in 6 months with minimal medicine and a 20 Kg weight loss.
