Advanced Knee Replacement Surgery | Grade 3 & 4 Osteoarthritis Recovery 🇮🇳

OPD में रोज़ यही सवाल आता है —
“Doctor, partial tear मतलब क्या होता है?” 🦴

MRI रिपोर्ट देखकर डरना natural है,
लेकिन ACL Partial Tear का मतलब ये नहीं कि ligament पूरी तरह टूट गया है ❌
इसका मतलब है — ACL में आंशिक चोट / strain है,
और ligament अभी भी काम कर रहा है ✔️

यहाँ समझिए पूरी बात आसान भाषा में 👇

📍 ACL क्या होता है?
ACL (Anterior Cruciate Ligament)
घुटने का एक main ligament है

अक्सर मरीज़ हमारे पास आते हैं और कहते हैं— "डॉक्टर साहब, हल्का सा झटका लगा और अब घुटना मुड़ नहीं रहा।" MRI कराने पर पता चलता है कि Meniscus Tear है।

लेकिन क्या आप जानते हैं? हर मेनिस्कस टियर को ट्रीटमेंट या सर्जरी की ज़रूरत नहीं होती। इसका इलाज मरीज़ की स्थिति पर निर्भर करता है:

✅ बुजुर्ग मरीज़ (Elderly Patients): अगर घुटने में पहले से घिसावट (Arthritis) है और मेनिस्कस टियर आता है, तो हम आमतौर पर आर्थ्रोस्कोपी नहीं करते। ज़रूरत पड़ने पर 'नी रिप्लेसमेंट' (Knee Replacement) की सलाह दी जाती है।
