⚠️ Day 1–3: The Awakening

Symptoms:

Can’t finish anything.

Constant urge to check phone.

Mind races at night.

Feeling anxious and restless.

Action:

Turn off all notifications.

No phone for 30 minutes after waking up.

Keep a small journal — write when you feel the urge to scroll.

Goal:
👉 Become aware of how addicted you’ve been.

⚙️ Day 4–6: The Struggle

Symptoms:

You miss your phone.

You crave the dopamine hit.

You feel bored easily.

Action:

Replace screen time with walks, reading, or workouts.

Limit social media to 15 minutes a day.

Sleep without your phone beside you.

Goal:
👉 Build resistance — train your brain to say “no.”
