How does my mother look so young? 🤔

1. Nutrition: when your diet lacks essential nutrients, you age faster. 70% of her calories comes from meat and eggs which are most nutrient dense foods in the world
2. Supplements: as you age, body becomes less efficient at making many nutrients like collagen. after menopause, calcium and magnesium is depleted significantly from the body which results in osteoporosis and faster aging. Currently she supplements collagen, multivitamin, calcium, magnesium and vit d
3. Proper Circadian Rhythm: sleeping at odd hours and less than required is fastest way to age and develop diseases. her sleeping routine is 10-5 and 30 mins nap after lunch
4. Open minded: when i first put her on meat based diet, she had high uric acid, diabetes, severe hair fall, fatty liver vit d and vit b12 deficiency. Doctors had asked her to immediately stop all the protein sources and focus more on fiber. We did exactly the opposite of that. We increased meat intake but reduced the starches and in a month, she was diabetes free.

Mental weakness is a symptom of physical weakness. 🤯

As we have evolved in last few millions years, human species has always been running bare feet, hunting, gathering, making fire, making homes, chopping trees, swimming in lakes and staying close to nature.

Since last 50-100 years, due to fortunate modernization, we've really progressed as human specie but have forgotten the roots which made us human in the process, which is one of the main factors to high rise in illnesses today.

Food is the most absurd ANXIETY DRUG.

FASTING is the most forgotten cure. Yes, eating 5-6 meals a day is absolute BS. Humans never ate this way.

EXERCISE is the most underused ANTIDEPRESSANT.

Your ability of the muscles and joints to move directly dictates your technique while lifting weights.

Bad mobility not only means a higher injury risk, but it also means lower and inefficient performance levels during physical activity. This affects activities as light as walking to the grocery store to as intense as Ironman competitions. Bad mobility can even affect daily activities, such as cleaning, driving, and even sleeping.

While you're focusing on strength and endurance, don't forget to stretch your fascia lines after the workout. It hardly takes 5 mins and will also help you in cooling down after the workout.
