2. Embrace Herbal Teas:

Sip on herbal teas like ginger tea, fennel tea, or coriander tea throughout the day. These herbs have digestive properties that soothe the stomach and reduce gas.
3. Choose Easily Digestible Foods:

Opt for lighter, easily digestible meals. Include whole grains like rice and oats, and avoid heavy, fried, or spicy foods.
4. Include Probiotic-rich Foods:

Consume yogurt with live cultures or buttermilk daily. Probiotics promote a healthy gut flora and aid in digestion.
